2D WIRE BENDING MACHINES
Ultimat Automation (Ultimation) company specializes in designing and construction of automatic machines for two dimensional bending of wire and tape as well as additional modules in the form of welding machines, headers for supplementary operations, chamfering machines and other. The machines prove perfect for production of frames, wheels and all types of shapes formed in one plane. Axis drive (stroke and bending) is realized by precise servomechanisms what guarantees production repeatability and accuracy.
Benders are available in three design series:
- UM models PLC controlled in 2 axes to the maximum wire diameter of Ø16mm,
- UMW models with integrated welding machines PLC controlled in 2 axes to the maximum wire diameter of Ø16mm,
- UME economic models controlled in 2 axes to the maximum wire diameter of Ø10mm.
The most important functions and advantages:
- user-friendly interface based on Windows,
- main working motions are carried out by servomechanisms,
- possibility of producing complete workpieces, including welding (UMW models),
- additional modules for supplementary operations.
