UMW series wire bending machines are a group of modern biaxial machines designed for two-dimensional wire bending. Additionally, they also have an automatic function of automatic welding of closed parts. Machines of this series are characterized by high functionality, ease of use and operation and very high production efficiency. Due to their special structure, they enable bending of two-dimensional open and closed elements of very different shapes. UMW machines are very often used by customers who produce lamps, lampshades, industrial filters, shop display racks, household appliances components and many others.

UMW wire bending machines automatically take the wire directly from the coil, straighten it, bend it, cut it off and weld the finished element. They are equipped with a positioning table that helps to maintain the plane of the detail, and a pneumatic arm that takes the detail immediately after cutting it off, and then welds both its ends (the welding option can be turned off if the product does not require it). The machines are equipped in an industrial computer with a 15 ”touch screen that controls all their functions, including the work of two precision servos that perform feed and bending. In order to ensure high precision, the feed length is additionally controlled by an encoder that physically reads the wire feed value. In addition, the control panel also has a timer that controls the welding process.
