In the models presented, the two lower rollers are driven with the electric engine with the use of gearbox (PRO30) or chains (PRO40) while the upper roller plays the forming function, the hold down of which is realized manually with the use of screw drive. Such a solution allows for precise setting of the forming roller location in order to produce repeatable workpieces in series.

The most important functions and advantages:

• possibility of operation in vertical and horizontal position,
• portable column with foot-operated control system,
• side guides for determining the spiral stroke or bending plane deviation,
• a set of knurled rollers with the possibility of individual configuration of their span depending on the material size.

• two working speeds,
• forming roller location digital display,
• module for making spirals of long stroke (spiral stairs),
• module for making C and S assembly elements,
