GPS Modulo grinder is an innovative machine which allows for individual distribution and number of grinding headers (modules) depending on the needs and expected work results. The machine is adjusted to satining and finishing of pipes and square and rectangular bars as well as sheet metal made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and other metals. It is especially suitable for deburring after laser, plasma or traditional cutting. 

The processing range for sections is: width from 10 to 300mm, height from 1 to 150mm, length from 140 to 6000mm.

GPS grinder may supplied in 4 various versions:

• standard with 2 A modules,
• special with 1 A module + one B module,
• special with 3 A modules,
• special with 2 A modules + 1 B module.

Material processing takes place in wet conditions - the cooling mixture is distributed on the element and then it flows to the filtration device in order to cool it down before further recirculation.
