Plate rolls bending machines allow for forming sheet metal in the shape of circles and gutters due to the triangular roller system. In case of presented plate rolls, it is possible to roll up cones as well as carry out pre-bending due to the asymmetrical rollers location. 
 

Mechanical three-roller plate rolls machines are available in three model groups:

• CY - is the basic series of plate rolls machines with the maximum parameters: upper roller diameter Ø90mm, sheet metal thickness 3.0mm, working length 2050mm; frame made of cast iron, 
• CYL - maximum parameters: upper roller diameter Ø140mm, sheet metal thickness 5.0mm, working length 2050mm; frame made of cast iron; 
• CYL-ST - maximum parameters: upper roller diameter Ø200mm, sheet metal thickness 8.0mm, working length 3100mm; frame made of ST52 steel.
